Article 102 (b) the age limit law as it has currently been renamed by the public and the 'notorious' social media networks especially Whatsapp Twitter and Facebook.

Weeks have passed by ever since the idea of amending the article to remove the age cap of 75 years split the country into two .This has evolved into a series of events that foresaw contacts of MPs leaked to the public, the #k'ogikwatako campaign by the Democratic Party, and the most recent one being the attack on one of the MPs during the kabaka's 24th coronation.The question here that remains unanswered is why such .

According to Cox media Ug research and study show that people are not really against the idea of removing the age limit but worries them is why now.

Though many countries across the world don't have presidential age limits
and have continued to develop and progress on well,on the other hand Ugandans see it as a way that will help them see a change in the country's top most job for the first time in over 30 years.

This proposed amendment to article 102 b, has not yet been passed or tabled to the Parliament.
