DOES ARSENAL FAILING TO QUALIFY FOR CHAMPIONS LEAGUE AN ADVANTAGE?

Arsenal and Arsene Wenger have for the last 21 years/seasons in a row qualified for the UEFA Champions league but surprisingly they have never won a trophy. The best they could achieve being the 2006 final runners up medal when they lost to FC Barcelona.
As it stands at a moment Arsenal with two games in hand is on the brink of not qualifying for next season's champions league but could this certainly open Arsenal's eyes widely amidst fans out cry suggesting the immediate sacking of their Coach .
The current EPL champions Chelsea after last year's disastrous season under Jose Mourihno failed to even make it to the EUROPA competition but as it stands it seems to have helped out with them playing less matches and this has earned them the EPL trophy and landed them into the FA cup final against underdog Arsenal.The defending champions Leicester look to have also benefited by that same strategy.
Despite the above , Arsenal problems are diverse as they look to have set their priority only to finishing among the top 4 positions. This requires a complete change in the mindset of players and style of play literary meaning there is a need for a change of Management at the North london based club.
With  rivals Chelsea being the centre of reference after a disastrous season with Mourihno ,Antonio Conte's Chelsea team shows the actual need for a change in players mentality.
Craig Shakespeare taking over Leicester from Raneiri the significant change has been witnessed.
For Arsenal to pull a such surprise next season the club has to increase on it's spending on new players and wages to retain the current players with the likes of Ozil and Sanchez more likely to depart the club in search of green pastures.
Secondly the need for more exceptional players to fit in the current squad and the need for a substitute goal keeper to the current first choice Peter Cech.
Finally failure to qualify for champions will help Arsenal develop new goals that's if they don't take ManUnited's route of shifting targets to winning the Europa League.
